Returns & Exchanges

• All of our merchandise is produced on demand after an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• You ordered the wrong size.

• You selected the wrong color.

• You changed your mind after receiving the product.

• You would prefer a different product, size, or color.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the item and the issue

Once we review and approve the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

In most cases involving a damaged or defective product, you will not need to return the original item. Please do not ship an item back to us unless we specifically ask you to.
